Role Description
We are seeking candidates who possess the following background and experience:
- 5-10 years management consulting experience; Big Four experience a plus
- Expertise in financial services sector desirable
- Experience in technology risk and controls a plus
- Project and program management experience required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Resourcefulness, self-motivation, and ability to lead projects with minimal support or supervision
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Flexibility to travel on an as-needed basis
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant advanced degree a plus
