Change Assessment - Managing change effectively requires a full understanding of the impacted parties and their readiness to absorb change, within the broader context of the culture and work environment. We help our clients complete:

Organization Impact Analysis - Understanding the impact of change on key stakeholders, sponsors, and other impacted groups.

Change Readiness Assessment - Measuring the readiness of the organization for anticipated changes, both for the purpose of establishing the historical and cultural context, as well as for capturing a baseline against which progress can be measured.

 

Change Journey Design - The target end state, gaps and anticipated impacts are considered in designing effective stakeholder, sponsor and overall journey plans.

Change Management Delivery - The execution of the initiatives identified in the Journey Management, Stakeholder Engagement and/or Sponsor Plans. It also includes surveys, meetings, and other mechanisms that measure employees' adoption of change and satisfaction with the interventions to ensure adoption is successful.

Effective planning and execution of communications can have a significant impact on stakeholder and on ultimate project success.
