At Satori Consulting we believe that Performance Management is a key element of any large scale project or program effort. We regard Performance Management as a compass to ensure that our clients are operating in an optimal fashion to achieve their desired results. The components of our Performance Management services include:

Measurement Design - Developing metrics that can be systematically tracked to assess progress made in reaching predetermined targets. Measurements are typically expressed in terms of time, quantity, quality or currency.

Dashboards offer "at-a-glance" exhibits of key business processes and many also provide drill-down functionality to examine more detailed information.

   

Performance Appraisal - Determining if actual results are aligned to performance standards and generating development plans to address sub standard performance.

 

Performance Strategy - Transforming strategic objectives into clearly defined performance targets that link to operational objectives. These targets provide the context for the organization to evolve.

Targets - Decisions about intended future outcomes and how success is measured and evaluated.
