The Situation
In order to build an integrated organization, an international pharmaceutical company needed to upgrade its performance management processes. Recognizing that effectively managing change would be critical to the success of the initiative, the client charged its Global Learning and Development group with developing a training program. While the division had been delivering training via a combination of classroom-style and online sessions, training for the enhanced performance management program was expected to be entirely virtual.
