  • Satori Consulting Quality Assurance Program

    +

The purpose of the Satori Quality Assurance Program is to define the quality assurance practices that Satori Consulting will follow during execution of Task Orders on this contract.

Principal Consultant Katherine Pecka will be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables and all work in connection with relevant task orders. She may appoint other Satori team members as is sensible at a given time to ensure the highest quality work product and the greatest assistance to Seaport-e client organizations.

Our methods of quality assurance surveillance include:

    Management commitment and customer focus

Within the Satori team, internal quality audits regularly ensure that the end products have been checked and all issues resolved before any external dependencies on that work.

    Control of documents

Satori Consulting will identify a plan for document and materials management with client representatives based on mutual convenience and efficacy at the start of the project.

    Continuous improvement

Satori consultants have weekly meetings with a coach in which they discuss what could be improved from the past week.

  • Satori Consulting Performance Standards

    +

Performance standards will be defined collaboratively with clients at the beginning of each task and subtask.
Examples include:

    • On-time completion of deliverables
    • Effective listening
    • Error-free written deliverables
    • Well organized, clear oral presentations
    • Validated data

The Satori Project Manager for each task is responsible for documenting individual and team performance on each project, eliciting formal and informal feedback during a project lifecycle. A formal issues tracking tool is used to document any issues, the mitigation plan for each and the resolution status.
