Satori Point of View

An internal services group's assets provide key operational support and enhance the group's ability to provide consistent services and quality. Groups with specialized service offerings often will include related theory, methods and approach tools in their asset pool.

All groups, specialized or generalist, should seek to institutionalize best practices and client knowledge across their team and portfolio of projects. Thus, groups will want to determine a methodology with which to capture, codify and leverage project outputs - as tools, templates and even internal marketing assets.
