Welcome to the Satori Procure-To-Pay Assessor

The Assessor provides immediate insight into the financial advantages of improving performance of the Procure-To-Pay value chain. The tool compares your policies and processes against Satori's experience and leading Procure-To-Pay practices to identify performance gaps and associated opportunity. The Procure-To-Pay (P2P) value chain comprises all payment management functions, from initial contract negotiation to invoice payment.

The Assessor has three components:

  • 1. The Procure-To-Pay Questionnaire consists of 11 multiple choice questions. This is a qualitative assessment - answers are compared to leading P2P practices.
  • 2. The Quantitative Assessment is based on revenue and accounts payable data, and results in a cash flow opportunity calculation.
  • 3. The Simulation component enables a variety of "what if" analyses and demonstrates the impact of changing parameters.
