Welcome to the Quote to Cash Assessor

The Assessor will provide you with an immediate insight into the opportunities available through improving the performance of your Quote to Cash value chain. By using this survey to compare aspects of your policies and processes with our experience of best practice, you can obtain an assessment of the performance gap and associated opportunity. The Quote to Cash Value Chain comprises all functions involved in the revenue management process, from the initial customer quotation to cash collection and application, with a focus on accounts receivable management as the key element of the cash conversion cycle.

The Assessor has three components that require some minimal input on your part:

  • 1. The Quote to Cash Questionnaire consists of 12 questions with multiple-choice answers that you select from a drop down list. This part of the Assessor is oriented towards qualitative assessment and answers are compared to best practice.
  • 2. The Quantitative Assessment consists of a data collection and an opportunity calculation component. It requires high-level sales and accounts receivable information, so the Assessor can calculate the Quote to Cash opportunity.
  • 3. The Simulation component allows you to perform a variety of "what if" analyses and demonstrates what happens when the input parameters are changed.
