We managed a team of client’s business analysts and worked closely with the customer to identify business requirements, complete the necessary validation and application documentation, and drive key workshops.
Results
We successfully drove the client’s application analysis phase to a close with stakeholder buy-in on all major deliverables, and successfully kicked-off the design phase while transitioning the role to a new client hire.
