Consulting Manager (Satori Consulting, New York, NY):  Manage projects and programs to client expectations, scope, and agreed work products; manage project teams – assigning work, managing plans, coordinating schedules, controlling financials, and integrating work to create high quality deliverables; navigate complex client environments (in terms of dependencies, organizational politics, technology, process, etc.) with minimal oversight; support and engage in client relationship development within existing client accounts- engaging in relationship-building based on delivery record and understanding of the client environment to become a trusted advisor; manage relationships with external third parties as needed to deliver solutions; participate in business development activities as needed, within existing account; provide Subject Matter Expertise in one or more areas of Satori service framework; and manage procurement process as required for extension of own role and team. In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following experience and skills are required: experience with large project and program delivery; experience with leading, managing or supervising others; experience working with offshore and third-party vendors; data analysis and modeling; IT architecture design; Data Analytics; Product Management; Agile/ Scrum Knowledge; SDLC/ Waterfall Methodology; IT Infrastructure Administration; Datacenter Management; Server and Enterprise Email Administration; Enterprise Business Continuity Planning and Management; New Technology Rollout and Upgrades; New Office Infrastructure Planning; Tech Policy Compliance Management; Microsoft VBA Scripting; Windows Scripting; and Survey Development. Must have experience with the following Technologies/Software: Lotus Mail Administrator; Microsoft Visio, Project, SharePoint, OCS, Lync. Teams; Lotus Notes, Lotus SameTime; Google Sites, Forms, Docs, Sheets, Slides; Redmine, OmniPlan, Merlin; Amazon Web Services, Web Hosting Technologies, Moqups Wireframes; and Snap Survey Administration. Must have experience with the following hardware: Windows and Linux server builds (Dell PowerEdge Blade Servers, IBM Power Series); Laptops and PCs (Dell Latitude, Dell Precision, Asus, Sony Vaio, Lenovo ThinkPad, Apple MacBook, Apple Mac Pro); and Network/ Telephony Devices (Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, NetGear, D-Link, Asus, TP-Link, Linksys). Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Systems Engineering or Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or other business field and five (5) years of experience as a Consultant (e.g., external or internal consulting / services). In the alternative, a Master’s degree and three (3) years of experience in the above-mentioned field and occupation. Travel required locally and throughout the U.S. (approximately 50%).
