A global pharmaceutical firm sought to transform the structure of commercial operations resources serving a newly established business division. The client’s need was to objectively assess current-state resourcing serving 30+ global markets, analyze findings in order to recommend new resourcing models, and finally to engage with stakeholders across the organization to create consensus for a collaboratively built transformation plan. Satori was engaged to help lead this effort based on the firm’s extensive experience in change management, project and program support, as well as expertise in operational optimization in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Satori joined the project in the early stages of initiation in order support the client in defining the scope and approach needed for a successful transformation. Satori designed a custom data dashboard that would become the central repository for all project information. Additional activities included conducting an in-depth gap analysis between current-state resourcing and a proposed Transitional Services Agreement, as well as defining project-level and business transformation metrics.
