Summary
We worked with our client to develop and implement a novel artificial intelligence (AI) solution for safety data management.
Situation
In order to deal with the exponential increase in safety data volumes, increased regulatory scrutiny, and to increase operational efficiency, a global pharmaceutical firm sought to implement an AI solution to manage its case processing operations and replace its current standard safety database. A global professional services firm asked us for support in designing and implementing their artificial intelligence software for their first major client.
Satori Solution
We leveraged our experience in pharmacovigilance, validated systems, and case processing automation to support our client. We supplied the client with a senior business analyst and project manager to lead the application analysis and design process. We managed a team of client’s business analysts and worked closely with the customer to identify business requirements, complete the necessary validation and application documentation, and drive key workshops.
Results
We successfully drove the client’s application analysis phase to a close with stakeholder buy-in on all major deliverables, and successfully kicked-off the design phase while transitioning the role to a new client hire.
