Areas of focus included talent acquisition and management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and culture – critical initiatives particularly for an industry experiencing constant challenges to keep a lean workforce while remaining innovative.

We improved the organization’s project management processes, with a pragmatic approach to ensure compliance and efficiency. We implemented standardized templates, a project and budget approval process, and introduced a way to collect and report on project statistics.
Using standardized templates, we ensured that each project was aligned to the objectives of the organization, had proper stakeholder communication, and had an initial assessment of project complexity and resource requirements. This allowed project managers to be more thoughtful with their project plans, and in anticipating risks and challenges.
