An innovative life sciences client’s leadership decided to replace member(s) of the IT leadership team with the aim of improving delivery performance, but this created associated risks of further loss of staff and the institutional capabilities that have been developed to date. We were engaged to help with the transition.
Our team partnered with client’s leadership team to mobilize and flex support as required to manage this transition as well as establish a clear roadmap to deliver a best practice IT function. Further, we supported the role definition review and recruitment of a qualified (referenced) replacement IT Leader.
