A leading financial services corporation was replacing its HR Information System with the new Oracle Cloud solution. Our team was brought in to ensure a successful transition of all the onboarding and background check systems and processes in the new Oracle human resources information system (HRIS).
Our team designed functional system integration and user acceptance test scripts based off system workflows, conducted integration testing, assessed and addressed issues and testing failures, and designed and provided instructions and training to end users for formal user acceptance testing.
We managed the transformation of onboarding and background check processes as part of the firm wide transition from a legacy HR information system to a new cloud solution. We created predictive data workflows capturing recruiting and onboarding processes and systems to guide testing in preparation for global implementation. We also designed and led systems integration and user acceptance tests to ensure a successful system transfer, receive approval from legal and compliance teams, and promote change management with system users. We served as a subject-matter expert in the creation of a new firm wide management tree building and reporting tool. Our team also gathered system requirements from business users, collaborated with the product management team to define system rules and logic for complex cases, and managed four engineers to build and optimize the tool and to meet project deadlines.
