A global pharmaceutical firm required assistance in the reorganization of its global Training Center of Excellence, which provides training and development to customer-facing colleagues around the world.
We supported several key aspects of the reorganization, which included shaping the process redesign approach, designing tools to gather process data, facilitating workshops, and documenting impacted training development processes and improvements. Our team designed and conducted a global skill needs analysis to support the creation of a worldwide curriculum roadmap. Additionally, we led the work planning process for each supporting technology workstream and coached IT workstream leads in the development of comprehensive, consistent project plans. We also developed dashboards and underlying tools for reporting workstream and overall program status.
