Satori keynote speaker at agency’s annual retreat
Satori Managing Partner, Charles Harkless, delivered the keynote address on Change Management to an internal service group of a multi-lateral organization during their annual planning retreat. He discussed the history and trends of change management, as well as Satori’s point of view on the future of the field. His talk was especially compelling to this services group, as they are tasked with ensuring transformation in the way their internal clients work.
